Madi and Nick’s wedding felt like the kind of day you wish you could bottle up and live in again. Spring in Arizona showed up in the best way with blooming florals everywhere, golden light pouring in, and that warm desert air that makes everything feel a little slower and more intentional in the best way.
The morning started with Madi getting ready, surrounded by her girls and you could just feel the excitement building. She did a first look with her bridesmaids first and their reactions were everything, the happiest tears, the gasps, all of it. Then she shared a moment with her dad that was just so sweet and grounding before the day really began. And her wedding party… truly the cutest. Soft pinks, creams, and touches of yellow that felt so fresh and springy, and looked SO good against the desert tones.
Their ceremony at Desert Botanical Garden was unreal. Like actually felt like a movie. Cacti, blooms, warm light, everything surrounding them as Madi walked down the aisle. This was the moment Nick saw her for the first time and his reaction said everything. You could see it hit him instantly. One of those moments that just sticks with you.
After, we wandered through the garden for golden hour portraits and it honestly felt like a dream. The light was glowing, wrapping around them perfectly, and every corner of the garden gave us something new. The cacti, the pathways, the textures, it all came together in the coolest way. And Madi and Nick were just fully in it, laughing, holding onto each other, taking it all in. It didn’t feel like photos, it felt like a date.
Then the night turned into a full on celebration and it was SO fun. The energy completely shifted in the best way. Everyone was on the dance floor, drinks in hand, music going, and just celebrating them so hard. The kind of night where you look around and know no one wants to leave.
